Job Requirements
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, or related field
- Nursing degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in acute care or nursing leadership
- Experience managing multi-site or system-wide clinical operations
- Knowledge of hospital regulatory standards and compliance
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, or related field
- Nursing degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in acute care operations or nursing leadership
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, regulatory standards, performance improvement, and workforce management
- Proven success overseeing multi-site or system-level clinical operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead large interdisciplinary teams through change and organizational growth
- Prefer strong background of inpatient services
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and oversight for nursing operations across multiple acute care sites
- Direct quality and resource management initiatives within nursing services
- Ensure implementation of current standards of nursing practice and care
- Collaborate with physicians and other departments to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Promote professional nursing practice through competency validation and clinical education
- Participate in developing and executing strategic and business plans for nursing operations
