Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 3 years management experience in culinary settings
  • minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, or institutional services
  • strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • proven ability to innovate and stay current with food trends
  • excellent communication skills
  • passion for food and culinary innovation

Job Duties

  • manage culinary operations at the Chase Sapphire Lounge
  • lead and mentor culinary staff to maintain high standards
  • develop innovative menus reflecting current culinary trends
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • collaborate with management on budgeting and procurement
  • provide excellent communication and leadership within the kitchen team
  • maintain flexibility to work varied schedules as needed
