Job Requirements
- 10 years overall culinary experience in established restaurants or catering companies
- At least 5 years’ experience as an executive chef in a high-volume, fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with authentic Italian cuisine
- Culinary arts degree or certification preferred
- ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
- Strong proficiency in financial management, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire teams effectively
- Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a dynamic, high-profile restaurant

Job Duties
- Lead, inspire, and develop kitchen and service teams to uphold the highest standards of excellence
- Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect authentic Italian culinary traditions while showcasing creative vision
- Manage recipe development, portion specifications, and preparation procedures in alignment with budgetary goals
- Oversee purchasing, inventory control, food and labor cost management, and operational reporting
- Ensure full compliance with health department regulations and company policies
- Utilize financial acumen to manage P&Ls, budgeting, and scheduling
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and team development
- Provide regular coaching to the culinary team, nurturing their growth and strategic career planning
