Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years overall culinary experience in established restaurants or catering companies
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with authentic Italian cuisine
  • Culinary Arts degree or certification preferred
  • ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
  • Strong proficiency in financial management, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and inspire teams
  • Flexible schedule to meet demands of a high-profile restaurant

Job Duties

  • Lead, inspire, and develop kitchen and service teams to uphold the highest standards of excellence
  • design and execute seasonal menus reflecting authentic Italian culinary traditions and creative vision
  • manage recipe development, portion specifications, and preparation procedures aligned with budgetary goals
  • oversee purchasing, inventory control, food and labor cost management, and operational reporting
  • ensure full compliance with health department regulations and company policies
  • utilize financial acumen to manage P&Ls, budgeting, and scheduling
  • foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and team development
  • provide regular coaching to the culinary team nurturing their growth and career aspirations
