Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years overall culinary experience in established restaurants or catering companies
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with authentic Italian cuisine
- Culinary Arts degree or certification preferred
- ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
- Strong proficiency in financial management, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems
- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and inspire teams
- Flexible schedule to meet demands of a high-profile restaurant

Job Duties
- Lead, inspire, and develop kitchen and service teams to uphold the highest standards of excellence
- design and execute seasonal menus reflecting authentic Italian culinary traditions and creative vision
- manage recipe development, portion specifications, and preparation procedures aligned with budgetary goals
- oversee purchasing, inventory control, food and labor cost management, and operational reporting
- ensure full compliance with health department regulations and company policies
- utilize financial acumen to manage P&Ls, budgeting, and scheduling
- foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and team development
- provide regular coaching to the culinary team nurturing their growth and career aspirations
