Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- four or more years of supervisory experience in culinary settings
- current ServSafe Certification
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to inspire and lead a team
- knowledge of HACCP protocols
Job Qualifications
- Years of experience as a talented chef in a customer-oriented high-volume dining venue
- natural ability to lead with four or more years in a supervisory role
- possession and maintenance of ServSafe Certification
- strong culinary skills and creativity
- effective leadership and team management skills
- deep understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
Job Duties
- Design delectable menu items that are pleasing to the palate
- create specialty items that differentiate each dining venue and community events
- inspire, train and coach culinary team promoting a positive team approach
- monitor all food preparation including storage and handling to ensure freshness and safety protocols are followed
- maintain compliance with HACCP food safety standards
- manage multiple priorities in a high-volume dining environment
- oversee food quality and presentation standards
