Job Requirements

  • Culinary education or appropriate level of on-the-job training
  • At least 5 years high-volume cooking experience including fine dining and banquet events
  • Experience leading culinary teams
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and health safety standards

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
