Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Three to five years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
- Strong knowledge of current food and catering trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technology
- Extensive catering experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume foodservice operations preferred
- ServSafe certification highly desirable

- Strong knowledge of current food and catering trends with emphasis on quality, production, sanitation, cost control, and presentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, email, and internet-based systems
- Extensive catering experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations strongly preferred
- ServSafe certification highly desirable
Job Duties
- Plan and execute regular and modified menus in accordance with established guidelines
- Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff on food preparation, equipment use, food safety, and sanitation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Establish and maintain cleaning and preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas
- Manage food and non-food inventory to meet operational needs while staying within budget and usage guidelines
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations and internal sanitation procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
