Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or culinary equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive kitchen leadership
  • Strong foundation in classical French cooking techniques
  • Proven track record of menu development and team leadership
  • Ability to manage vendor relations and cost controls
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for building and leading a culinary team

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive chef or strong chef de cuisine
  • Expertise in classical French culinary techniques including sauces and butchery
  • Experience in quality-driven, from-scratch kitchens
  • Comfortable with both refined casual and elevated dining environments
  • Strong knowledge of seasonality, menu development, and cost control
  • Demonstrated leadership skills that build accountability and culture

Job Duties

  • Design and execute a refreshed French-inspired menu for lunch and dinner
  • Define the culinary identity and brand direction of the restaurant
  • Build systems, standards, and kitchen culture from the ground up
  • Source ingredients, establish vendor relationships, and control costs
  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing culinary team
  • Partner with ownership on concept positioning, presentation, and guest experience
