- minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services or mall food courts

- strong culinary background with knowledge of emerging culinary trends
- proven leadership and communication skills
- experience with high-end dining and catering
- expertise in authentic global cuisines (highly desirable)
- production-focused culinary expertise
- menu planning experience with understanding of modern culinary approaches
Job Duties
- Lead and maintain chef and manager scheduling
- provide coverage when needed
- partner with vendors for procurement and purchasing decisions
- oversee purchasing audits and ensure financial accuracy
- standardize and elevate catering and banquet services
- develop menus tailored to client needs and health-care environment standards
- build strong relationships with hospital clients and stakeholders
