  • minimum 3 years management experience
  • minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services or mall food courts

  • strong culinary background with knowledge of emerging culinary trends
  • proven leadership and communication skills
  • experience with high-end dining and catering
  • expertise in authentic global cuisines (highly desirable)
  • production-focused culinary expertise
  • menu planning experience with understanding of modern culinary approaches

Job Duties

  • Lead and maintain chef and manager scheduling
  • provide coverage when needed
  • partner with vendors for procurement and purchasing decisions
  • oversee purchasing audits and ensure financial accuracy
  • standardize and elevate catering and banquet services
  • develop menus tailored to client needs and health-care environment standards
  • build strong relationships with hospital clients and stakeholders
