Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum three years management experience
  • minimum three years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and high quality customer service
  • experience facilitating open communication and providing a supportive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum three years management experience in a culinary or food service setting
  • at least three years of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, or institutional services
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • menu planning and development expertise
  • inventory management experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and a team of culinarians and production workers
  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations
  • ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance
  • ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • initiate plans for improvements and/or enhancements to existing systems (ordering, food production, handling & safety)
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
