Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 years management experience
  • minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
  • ServSafe certification
  • proven knowledge of HAACP
  • strong culinary background
  • strong management skills
  • menu planning experience
  • proficient computer skills
  • highly organized
  • detail-focused
  • ability to set up processes and solve problems independently

Job Qualifications

  • strong culinary background in a high-volume environment
  • strong management skills and experience

  • proven ability to set up processes, create efficiencies, and solve problems with little to no direction
  • ServSafe Certified with proven working knowledge of HAACP

  • create menus based on client needs
  • implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and patient services
  • create interpersonal relationships with client
