- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef
- Food Manager certification
- Experience in upscale banquet settings
- Knowledge of health and food safety standards
- Culinary education
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple outlets

Job Duties
- Manage the kitchen and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure quality preparation and proper handling/storage of all menu items
- Coordinate the purchase of all food items to maintain inventory
- Develop menus that meet quality and cost standards
- Maintain approved food costs and labor costs
- Oversee compliance with state and local health and food safety regulations
- Lead and motivate culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
