Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality driven, high volume kitchen
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred
  • Team oriented and positive attitude
  • Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality driven, high volume kitchen
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred
  • Team oriented and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in a second language a plus

Job Duties

  • Design creative and seasonal menus that align with restaurant goals and customer preferences
  • Ensure all menu items meet the highest culinary standards
  • Source, order, and receive the highest quality ingredients
  • Develop, teach, and maintain all recipes and techniques
  • Organize a large team and hold each chef accountable for their responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain a smooth professional service
  • Maintain all kitchen equipment and follow up for any repairs needed
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Oversee scheduling and inventory to work within a set budget
  • Collaborate with General Manager to ensure efficient operation and guest satisfaction
