Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+
- Strong leadership skills and understanding of back-of-house day-to-day operations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering exceptional front-of-house guest experiences
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe Certification
- Allergy Certification

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale kitchen ($5M+ annual sales)
