Job Duties

  • Work the line and encourage staff development
  • Promote a positive experience for staff and guests
  • Oversee all kitchen operations including problem resolution and communication
  • Lead the team to craft dishes that leave lasting impressions
  • Nurture a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
  • Manage quality control, inventory, labor, budgets, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
