Job Duties
- Work the line and encourage staff development
- Promote a positive experience for staff and guests
- Oversee all kitchen operations including problem resolution and communication
- Lead the team to craft dishes that leave lasting impressions
- Nurture a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- Collaborate with the General Manager and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- Manage quality control, inventory, labor, budgets, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
