Job Duties
- work the line and encourage staff development
- promote a positive experience for staff and guests
- oversee all kitchen aspects including problem resolution and communication
- champion internal hospitality and lead team to craft memorable dishes
- nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- collaborate with general managers and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- ensure quality control, inventory management, and adhere to health and safety standards
- manage labor, budgets, forecasts, and meet financial expectations
