Job Duties

  • work the line and encourage staff development
  • promote a positive experience for staff and guests
  • oversee all kitchen aspects including problem resolution and communication
  • champion internal hospitality and lead team to craft memorable dishes
  • nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • collaborate with general managers and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and adhere to health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, forecasts, and meet financial expectations
