Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or kitchen manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of 5 million or more
- Strong leadership skills and solid understanding of back-of-house restaurant operations
- Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for hospitality, quality, and exceptional guest experiences
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification
- Allergy certification
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale kitchen
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring culinary teams
- Expertise in back-of-house operations including food safety and inventory management
- Passion for made-from-scratch, elevated cuisine
