Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or kitchen manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of 5 million or more
  • Strong leadership skills and solid understanding of back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Passion for hospitality, quality, and exceptional guest experiences
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification
  • Allergy certification

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale kitchen
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring culinary teams
  • Expertise in back-of-house operations including food safety and inventory management
  • Passion for made-from-scratch, elevated cuisine
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to innovate and collaborate on menu development
  • Positive and inclusive mindset focused on solutions and growth
