Job Duties

  • Sustain food excellence through precise cooking and preparation of dishes as requested, adhering to kitchen procedures
  • Ensure proper oversight of food waste and inventory levels, addressing any concerns about food quality when necessary
  • Nurture a positive team dynamic between the back-end and customer-facing employees
  • Help cultivate crew members' skills and qualities essential for kitchen leadership roles
  • Achieve optimal customer service and operational efficiency through effective communication with Crew members and patrons
  • Ensure the kitchen area is kept spotless and sanitized
  • Monitor the condition of kitchen equipment to guarantee proper maintenance and quick resolution of any malfunctions
  • Observe and implement safety precautions to uphold a secure setting and avoid accidents
  • Comply with regulations by accurately completing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and implementing Inventory Rotation based on the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle
