Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+
- strong leadership skills
- solid understanding of back-of-house restaurant operations
- knowledge of inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- passion for hospitality and guest experience
- availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe Certification
- Allergy Certification
