Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+
  • strong leadership skills
  • solid understanding of back-of-house restaurant operations
  • knowledge of inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Allergy Certification
