Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years executive chef or kitchen manager experience in upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with $5 million plus in annual sales
  • strong leadership skills
  • solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
  • strong knowledge of inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
  • passion for hospitality and quality
  • availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification
  • allergy certification

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as executive chef in high-volume upscale kitchen with annual sales over $5 million
