Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years culinary management experience in fine dining high-volume restaurant
  • ability to lead and innovate in the culinary field
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • knowledge of department of health regulations

  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • certified executive chef (cec) preferred
  • bachelor’s degree in culinary arts

Job Duties

  • manage all kitchen activities including scheduling and compliance
  • oversee product purchasing and maintain culinary budget
  • hire, train, and develop line-level kitchen staff
  • create exciting and accessible menus aligned with venue concept
  • manage beverage purchasing and inventory
  • perform daily financial reporting and management
  • uphold high service standards in a high-volume environment
