Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years culinary management experience in fine dining high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of Department of Health regulations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Passion for culinary excellence and innovation

Job Qualifications

  • Certified Executive Chef preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in the culinary arts
  • Food Protection Certificate
  • Proven ability to manage an entire kitchen
  • Strong budgeting skills to control costs
  • Exceptional food preparation abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Deep knowledge of fine dining and industry trends

Job Duties

  • Manage all kitchen activities and ensure full Department of Health compliance
  • Oversee product purchasing and maintain culinary budget
  • Develop and innovate menu offerings appropriate to the venue concept
  • Hire, train, and develop culinary team members
  • Manage beverage purchasing and inventory
  • Conduct daily financial reporting and management
  • Drive service standards and operational excellence in a high-volume environment
