- Minimum of 5 years culinary management experience in fine dining high-volume restaurant
- Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of Department of Health regulations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities

- Certified Executive Chef preferred
- Bachelor's degree in the culinary arts

Job Duties
- Manage all kitchen activities and ensure full Department of Health compliance
- Oversee product purchasing and maintain culinary budget
- Develop and innovate menu offerings appropriate to the venue concept
- Hire, train, and develop culinary team members
- Manage beverage purchasing and inventory
- Conduct daily financial reporting and management
- Drive service standards and operational excellence in a high-volume environment
