Job Duties
- Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft memorable dishes
- nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- engage in hands-on leadership by working alongside the kitchen team
- collaborate with the General Manager and home office leaders to optimize kitchen operations
- oversee quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
- manage labor, budget, and forecasting to meet financial goals
- resolve kitchen-related problems and ensure effective communication among team members
