Job Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation
  • Dedication to serving others including team members and guests
  • Hands-on approach to cooking and kitchen leadership
  • Experience working with local farmers to source fresh ingredients
  • Strong sense of financial management, labor control, and operational execution

Job Duties

  • Lead and work alongside kitchen staff to craft exceptional dishes
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation among the culinary team
  • Collaborate with General Manager and home office leaders to optimize kitchen operations
  • Manage quality control, inventory, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Oversee labor management, budgeting, and forecasting to meet financial goals
  • Resolve kitchen challenges efficiently and promote effective communication
  • Serve as an ambassador of internal hospitality and brand values
