Job Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation
- Dedication to serving others including team members and guests
- Hands-on approach to cooking and kitchen leadership
- Experience working with local farmers to source fresh ingredients
- Strong sense of financial management, labor control, and operational execution

Job Duties
- Lead and work alongside kitchen staff to craft exceptional dishes
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation among the culinary team
- Collaborate with General Manager and home office leaders to optimize kitchen operations
- Manage quality control, inventory, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Oversee labor management, budgeting, and forecasting to meet financial goals
- Resolve kitchen challenges efficiently and promote effective communication
- Serve as an ambassador of internal hospitality and brand values
