Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen team in crafting high-quality dishes that leave lasting impressions

- work hands-on alongside staff on the kitchen line
- collaborate with the General Manager and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
- ensure quality control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards
- manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet pre-determined financial goals
- resolve kitchen problems effectively and maintain clear communication across teams
