Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen team in crafting high-quality dishes that leave lasting impressions
  • nurture a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the culinary team
  • work hands-on alongside staff on the kitchen line
  • collaborate with the General Manager and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet pre-determined financial goals
  • resolve kitchen problems effectively and maintain clear communication across teams
