Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to manage staff and kitchen operations efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive chef or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
- Ability to manage labor and budgets effectively
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and harassment-free work environment
- Experience in staff training and development
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
Job Duties
- Ensuring that our kitchen is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
- Trains, councils, and coaches staff
- Ensures all training materials, development and schedules are being followed
- Clearly communicating with all Team Members
- Ensures a harassment-free environment for all Team Members
- Manages and makes adjustments to labor on a shift-to-shift basis while ensuring we don't harm the Guest experience
- Achieves budgeted sales and profit goals
- Maintaining operational excellence so our kitchen is running efficiently and effectively
- Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
- Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
- Various other tasks as needed
