Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a kitchen environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to manage staff and kitchen operations efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive chef or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
  • Ability to manage labor and budgets effectively
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive and harassment-free work environment
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensuring that our kitchen is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
  • Trains, councils, and coaches staff
  • Ensures all training materials, development and schedules are being followed
  • Clearly communicating with all Team Members
  • Ensures a harassment-free environment for all Team Members
  • Manages and makes adjustments to labor on a shift-to-shift basis while ensuring we don't harm the Guest experience
  • Achieves budgeted sales and profit goals
  • Maintaining operational excellence so our kitchen is running efficiently and effectively
  • Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
  • Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
  • Various other tasks as needed
