Job Requirements

  • 3-5 plus years of supervisory experience as sous chef or executive chef
  • Experience in high-volume kitchen operations
  • Previous work in institutional or multi-outlet facilities preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant management
  • Expertise in menu implementation and presentation
  • Catering experience

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree strongly preferred
  • Executive or sous chef experience in institutional or multi-outlet settings
  • Strong restaurant management knowledge
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and manage culinary team
  • Develop innovative and diverse menus with a focus on presentation
  • Mentor and train kitchen staff promoting a culture of growth and creativity
  • Oversee food quality and consistency in a high-volume environment
  • Coordinate catering services and special food events
  • Implement and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with management to control food costs and inventory
