Job Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive culinary experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
  • Experience with budget statements
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Santa Ana, California
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high food quality and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation
  • Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met
  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events
  • Managing budget statements and controlling food cost expenses
  • Leading and mentoring culinary team members to maintain high performance and motivation
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with event coordinators and procurement teams to meet client needs
