Job Requirements
- 3-5 plus years in a supervisory experience as sous chef or executive chef
- high volume background
- institutional facility or multi-outlet experience preferred
- impeccable communication skills
- strong restaurant management knowledge

- strong catering experience
- culinary degree strongly preferred

Job Duties
- lead and mentor the culinary team to ensure quality food preparation and presentation
- manage an all you care to eat board operation and support retail dining locations
- oversee catering events including upscale campus weddings
- implement diverse and trending menus with a focus on stunning presentation
- ensure high standards of food safety and sanitation
- manage kitchen operations including inventory, budgeting, and staffing
- communicate effectively with team members and management to maintain a positive work environment
