Job Requirements

  • 3-5 plus years supervisory experience as sous chef or executive chef
  • high volume background
  • institutional facility or multi-outlet experience preferred
  • impeccable communication skills
  • strong restaurant management knowledge
  • thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
  • strong catering experience
  • culinary degree strongly preferred

  • experience in institutional multi-outlet facilities such as hospitals, universities, or senior living
  • strong restaurant management knowledge

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage culinary operations in a busy multi-outlet setting
  • oversee all-you-care-to-eat board operations and retail dining
  • plan and execute upscale catering events including weddings
  • mentor and develop culinary team members
  • implement diverse and trending menus with stunning presentations
  • ensure high standards of food quality and safety
  • maintain impeccable communication and strong restaurant management practices
