Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Culinary degree or higher education preferred
- Previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of employment
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Create rotating menus based on resident choices and feedback
- Make meal times a special experience for residents and guests
- Utilize different styles of cooking and ensure appealing food presentation
- Receive and respond to instant feedback from residents
- Support recruitment, selection, scheduling and training of Culinary and Dining Team members
- Live by the company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- Incorporate modern culinary approaches emphasizing mindful preparations and fresh ingredients
- Enhance dining experiences by combining culinary artistry with wellness awareness
- Lead kitchen operations with a commitment to cleanliness, innovation, and quality
