Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Culinary degree or higher education preferred
  • Previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of employment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Create rotating menus based on resident choices and feedback
  • Make meal times a special experience for residents and guests
  • Utilize different styles of cooking and ensure appealing food presentation
  • Receive and respond to instant feedback from residents
  • Support recruitment, selection, scheduling and training of Culinary and Dining Team members
  • Live by the company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
  • Incorporate modern culinary approaches emphasizing mindful preparations and fresh ingredients
  • Enhance dining experiences by combining culinary artistry with wellness awareness
  • Lead kitchen operations with a commitment to cleanliness, innovation, and quality
