- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent level of experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an executive chef
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Oversee and execute a variety of dinner shifts throughout the week
- Ensure staffing levels are maintained and adjusted to meet and exceed guest needs
- Hire, train, motivate, and schedule kitchen staff
- Provide direction to team members by coaching, counseling, and providing feedback on job performance
- Lead and coordinate a high-performing kitchen team consisting of 20-25 stewards per shift
