  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events
  • Leading kitchen staff to uphold health and safety regulations
  • Managing inventory and supply orders efficiently
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to accommodate dietary needs
  • Monitoring budget statements to maintain financial performance
