Job Requirements

  • minimum 5 years experience in kitchen management or as an executive chef
  • bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
  • prior experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant settings required
  • demonstrated ability managing banquet style events
  • proven team management and development skills
  • current ServSafe certification required
  • capability to obtain ServSafe instructor certification preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment center environment
  • physically able to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of kitchen management or executive chef experience
  • bachelors or culinary degree preferred
  • experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
  • extensive experience in banquet style events
  • experience managing and developing teams
  • current ServSafe certification
  • ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred

Job Duties

  • adhere to the companys mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
  • plan, supervise, and execute all events coordinating with Operations and Sales teams including preparation and service of food and beverage
  • estimate food consumption and make appropriate purchases
  • schedule staff efficiently to manage business volume
  • recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff while developing sous chefs and lead cooks
  • ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • facilitate and manage kitchen equipment maintenance, conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with health regulations
  • report any critical sanitation issues to the General Manager
