Job Requirements
- 3-5 plus years of supervisory experience as Sous Chef or Executive Chef
- Background in high-volume food service
- Experience in institutional facility or multi-outlet environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong restaurant management knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of menu implementation and presentation
- Strong catering experience
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree strongly preferred
- Experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in institutional or multi-outlet settings
- Proven expertise in high-volume kitchen management
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in catering and menu design with focus on presentation
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor culinary team to foster a culture of creativity and growth
- Oversee menu development and implementation with innovative and appealing presentations
- Manage high-volume food production ensuring quality and consistency
- Coordinate catering services for various events and functions
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to meet dietary needs of patients
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, and budgeting
