Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • At least 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Ability to lead production while working 80% hands-on
  • Experience coordinating culinary standards, production schedules, and staffing across multiple café locations
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Deep understanding of HACCP and ServSafe principles

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • At least 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Skilled at leading and developing a culinary team
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP and ServSafe
  • Experience managing multi-location food production and catering operations

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop a team of 10 hourly culinary employees
  • Work hands-on 80% of the time, setting the standard in the kitchen
  • Oversee café production across multiple locations
  • Drive catering production from prep to presentation
  • Ensure recipe compliance, training, and consistent execution
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Support menu development and enhance the overall guest experience
