Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or catering preferred
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Flexibility to support special events outside regular hours
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Provide white-glove service for the CEO and executive team, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages
- Set up, maintain, and break down executive dining areas, pantries, and meeting rooms
- Ensure presentation and cleanliness of all food service areas, including replenishment and sanitation
- Coordinate with culinary and catering teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of meals and refreshments
- Maintain inventory of premium snacks, beverages, and supplies, ensuring availability and freshness
- Handle special requests with discretion and efficiency, including dietary preferences and VIP guest service
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times, especially in high-level meetings and interactions
- Assist with event setup for executive meetings, board gatherings, and private functions
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
