Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or catering
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism

Job Duties
- Provide white-glove service for the CEO and executive team including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages
- Set up, maintain, and break down executive dining areas, pantries, and meeting rooms
- Ensure presentation and cleanliness of all food service areas including replenishment and sanitation
- Coordinate with culinary and catering teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of meals and refreshments
- Maintain inventory of premium snacks, beverages, and supplies ensuring availability and freshness
- Handle special requests with discretion and efficiency including dietary preferences and VIP guest service
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times especially in high-level meetings and interactions
- Assist with event setup for executive meetings, board gatherings, and private functions
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
