Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in executive hospitality or related field preferred
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3 30 PM with occasional early mornings evenings or weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Flexible and proactive work ethic

- Prior experience in executive hospitality fine dining or corporate catering preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions
Job Duties
- Provide white-glove service for the CEO and executive team including breakfast lunch snacks and beverages
- Set up maintain and break down executive dining areas pantries and meeting rooms
- Ensure presentation and cleanliness of all food service areas including replenishment and sanitation
- Coordinate with culinary and catering teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of meals and refreshments
- Maintain inventory of premium snacks beverages and supplies ensuring availability and freshness
- Handle special requests with discretion and efficiency including dietary preferences and VIP guest service
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times especially in high-level meetings and interactions
- Assist with event setup for executive meetings board gatherings and private functions
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
