Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- strong attention to detail
- discretion in handling confidential information
- availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- ability to collaborate across departments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as an executive assistant or administrative support in a healthcare or corporate setting
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- familiarity with healthcare terminology and hospital administrative processes preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Coordinate all medical staff activities and act as liaison between medical staff, nursing staff, and administration
- provide general administrative oversight and support for the CEO including calendar management, scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, maintaining meeting agendas and minutes
- support annual board retreat and monthly board meetings including maintaining board minute books and files, creating meeting packets, organizing financial information, preparing slides, documents, and resolutions
- track and assure deadlines are met for all projects generated by the CEO
- arrange and prepare data and information used for internal and external meetings with staff, customers, and community groups
- track and prepare data and materials for professional, business, and legislative associations and groups of which the CEO is a member
- make travel and seminar arrangements
- perform other duties as assigned
- collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
- adhere to the core values and standards of the organization
