Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • strong attention to detail
  • discretion in handling confidential information
  • availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • ability to collaborate across departments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as an executive assistant or administrative support in a healthcare or corporate setting
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • familiarity with healthcare terminology and hospital administrative processes preferred
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all medical staff activities and act as liaison between medical staff, nursing staff, and administration
  • provide general administrative oversight and support for the CEO including calendar management, scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, maintaining meeting agendas and minutes
  • support annual board retreat and monthly board meetings including maintaining board minute books and files, creating meeting packets, organizing financial information, preparing slides, documents, and resolutions
  • track and assure deadlines are met for all projects generated by the CEO
  • arrange and prepare data and information used for internal and external meetings with staff, customers, and community groups
  • track and prepare data and materials for professional, business, and legislative associations and groups of which the CEO is a member
  • make travel and seminar arrangements
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
  • adhere to the core values and standards of the organization
