Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher or 2+ years professional work experience
- 2+ years administrative office experience
- 2+ years experience with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

- Associate’s degree or higher or 2+ years professional work experience
- 2+ years administrative office experience
- 2+ years experience with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite including word processing, spreadsheets, database, graphics and presentations
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Organized, self-motivated, detail orientated, analytical, able to work with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Provide a wide variety of executive staff support services to multiple organizational units
- Administer programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating units served
- Serve as primary liaison with TDS Corporate in Chicago, coordinating substantial executive activities, meetings and materials
- Assist in the preparation of confidential documents, presentations, and reports regarding operations
- Coordinate complex travel, scheduling, and logistics for executive needs, including board meetings, investor meetings, conferences, business engagements, and M&A-related travel
- Manage multiple executive calendars and schedule internal and external meetings involving senior leadership, staff, elected officials, media, vendors, rating agencies, and board members
- Process agreements and documents via DocuSign
- manage content and organization in Teams Channels, OneDrive, OneNote, and distribution lists
- submit forms, invoices, and procurement documents
- Perform specific and time-sensitive administrative duties such as correspondence, filing, copying, mail handling, supply ordering, expense processing, and maintaining intranet content
