Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of management experience
- One year of experience managing supervisors or operational leaders
- One year of operational aviation experience
- Strong project management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach others
- Goal-directed and service-oriented performance
- Familiarity with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Teams
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
Job Qualifications

- Associate's degree in general studies preferred
- Familiarity with United Airlines systems preferred
- Previous dispatch experience in transportation or logistics preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee dispatch supervisor team workload management and task assignment
- Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of cabin cleaning services aligned with flight schedules
- Monitor daily cleaning operations and address issues promptly
- Track dispatch team performance and provide feedback and training
- Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- Maintain accurate records and reports of cleaning activities and incidents
- Communicate effectively with cleaning teams, flight crews, leadership, and business partners
