Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3-6 months related experience preferred
- must be able to obtain and maintain necessary certifications or licenses required by local gaming regulations
- excellent guest service and communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds, reach, pull or push, kneel, squat, and grasp
- willingness to work in an environment exposed to second-hand smoke, bright lights, excessive noise, bodily fluids, and bio-chemicals
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- compliance with safety standards and PPE use
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all public areas including hallways, restrooms, lobby, stairways
- perform detail work, high dusting, carpet care, and floor care
- ensure all areas meet OSHA and safety standards
- provide excellent guest service
- pick up and remove trash and debris
- collaborate with other departments including Risk to ensure safety standards are met
- maintain preventative care of equipment and supplies
- remain aware of safety standards and personal protective equipment use
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to complete assignments in a timely manner
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
