Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 3-6 months related experience preferred
  • must be able to obtain and maintain necessary certifications or licenses required by local gaming regulations
  • excellent guest service and communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds, reach, pull or push, kneel, squat, and grasp
  • willingness to work in an environment exposed to second-hand smoke, bright lights, excessive noise, bodily fluids, and bio-chemicals
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • compliance with safety standards and PPE use

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain all public areas including hallways, restrooms, lobby, stairways
  • perform detail work, high dusting, carpet care, and floor care
  • ensure all areas meet OSHA and safety standards
  • provide excellent guest service
  • pick up and remove trash and debris
  • collaborate with other departments including Risk to ensure safety standards are met
  • maintain preventative care of equipment and supplies
  • remain aware of safety standards and personal protective equipment use
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to complete assignments in a timely manner
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned
