Job Requirements
- From 2-4 years of experience in event planning and marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications preferred
- excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- proactive and detail-oriented
- ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- positive and responsible team player
- flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
- passion for international business and cross-cultural connection
- proficiency in office and design tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner, Adobe Suite, and Photoshop
- knowledge of CRM/email platforms such as Zoho, Hubspot, ConstantContact, Mailchimp
- experience with website management using WordPress
- authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications
- 2-4 years of experience in event planning and marketing
- excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- experience with CRM and email marketing platforms
- ability to create and manage event budgets
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- effective interpersonal and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Plan marketing events including venue research and contract negotiations
- collaborate with vendors to meet event image, budget, and decor goals
- coordinate onsite event setup, production, and cleanup
- create event logistics documents such as Run of Shows and staffing plans
- manage training and support for event volunteers and staff
- maintain accurate attendee records in CRM and website systems
- design and oversee creation of event visual assets
- develop sponsorship packages for events
- track and analyze event performance through KPIs
- perform other related projects and tasks assigned
