Job Requirements

  • From 2-4 years of experience in event planning and marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications preferred
  • excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • proactive and detail-oriented
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • positive and responsible team player
  • flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
  • passion for international business and cross-cultural connection
  • proficiency in office and design tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner, Adobe Suite, and Photoshop
  • knowledge of CRM/email platforms such as Zoho, Hubspot, ConstantContact, Mailchimp
  • experience with website management using WordPress
  • authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications
  • 2-4 years of experience in event planning and marketing
  • excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • experience with CRM and email marketing platforms
  • ability to create and manage event budgets
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • effective interpersonal and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Plan marketing events including venue research and contract negotiations
  • collaborate with vendors to meet event image, budget, and decor goals
  • coordinate onsite event setup, production, and cleanup
  • create event logistics documents such as Run of Shows and staffing plans
  • manage training and support for event volunteers and staff
  • maintain accurate attendee records in CRM and website systems
  • design and oversee creation of event visual assets
  • develop sponsorship packages for events
  • track and analyze event performance through KPIs
  • perform other related projects and tasks assigned
