Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or logistics
- Proficiency with scheduling and budgeting software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to travel to various event locations as needed
- High energy and willingness to take on diverse tasks
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in event management or logistic coordination
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Financial management experience including budgeting and reconciliation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Experience with outdoor or membership-based clubs is a plus
Job Duties
- Take event concepts and build minute-by-minute run sheets
- Manage vendors, load-ins, rentals, and staffing schedules
- Ensure consistent standards and seamless execution across locations
- Track event budgets and manage vendor invoices
- Provide post-event financial reconciliation and after action reports
- Coordinate with general managers and culinary teams for smooth event delivery
- Troubleshoot on-site, manage flow, and keep team on schedule
