Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the US
- Must maintain a professional appearance and be well-groomed

- Positive, motivated, and hospitality-minded individual
- Cooperative spirit with respect for others and strong teamwork
- Efficient and urgent task completion
- Reliable transportation to various Bay Area event locations
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to stay calm and respectful under pressure
- Adaptable and creative problem solver
- Acts with self-awareness and empathy in management
- Leads by example through teaching and delegation
- Able to stay engaged during all event phases
- Clean driving record with ability to drive corporate vehicles
- Ability to walk or stand for entire shift duration
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in high-end catering
- Minimum of 2 years experience in leadership and management
- Possess excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and teach teams
- Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Valid RBS Certificate or willingness to obtain for bartending/FOH management roles
Job Duties
- Assist in the setup, presentation, service, and breakdown of events
- Serve as a knowledgeable company representative with guests and vendors
- Maintain high standards for customer service and hospitality
- Lead and support team members throughout all event phases
- Adapt and innovate solutions for event changes or equipment issues
- Manage onsite hierarchy by following and applying directions from event managers
- Oversee transportation and logistics for event equipment and staff
