Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in event coordination or related field preferred
- ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with project management tools and software
- willingness to travel
- ability to work under pressure and resolve on-site issues promptly

Job Duties
- Collaborate with the Event director to understand event objectives and goals
- register for appropriate trade shows and events
- coordinate the production of booth assets including graphics and promotional materials
- ensure all booth assets are packed, shipped and stored correctly
- manage logistical aspects including booth and collateral shipping
- send detailed event logistics email to attendees
- coordinate with vendors, contractors and venues
- troubleshoot on-site issues and oversee booth operations during events
- supervise labor during setup
- help manage event budgets and track expenses
- provide regular reports to the Event director
- identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising event quality
