Job Requirements
- Prior experience with event setup or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Available to work evenings and or weekends
- Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Assist in the load in and setup and breakdown of event spaces as well as loading out of events
- Receive, inspect, and inventory event equipment and supplies upon delivery
- Maintain accurate recordings of inventory levels and work with Director of Operations to maintain inventory
- Ensure that all event equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with Director of Operations for repairs or replacements when necessary
- Assist in loading and unloading event equipment onto trucks or vans
- Safely transport equipment to warehouse post event
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all transportation activities
- Keep warehouse clean and organized to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of equipment
- Label and categorize items for easy identification and access
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless event set up and warehouse operations
- Communicate effectively with event planners and coordinators to meet event requirements
