Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years event, banquet or operations management experience in high-volume and quality hotel, catering or hospitality establishment
- Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Prior event execution management experience required
- Detail oriented with strong multitasking capability
- Proven organizational skills and proactive problem-solving
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with associates, management, clients, and vendors

Job Duties
- Support the development of service models for new venues and events
- Perform the function of Event Lead Captain at 3-4 events per week including tastings, set-ups, and events
- Oversee setup and breakdown of front-of-house and back-of-house event spaces
- Conduct walk-through of event spaces to support planning and production
- Check in rentals and troubleshoot rental orders shortcomings
- Monitor events to deliver profitable, high-level service
- Maintain and improve standardized operating procedures for front-of-house staff
- Review event packets for accuracy and timeliness, summarizing into event execution plans
- Uphold CCG PA event standards in service, presentation, and operational logistics
- Track and maintain event team member KPIs for annual reviews
- Assist Regional Director of Service and Staffing Manager with staffing evaluations and captain reviews
- Develop and execute training programs for service associates
- Provide feedback on events team personnel
- Partner with management on personnel matters
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding event team members seasonally
- Attend and participate in weekly operations meetings and all scheduled training sessions
- Work with purchasing and event management on beverage system standards
- Monitor labor and beverage controls at events
