- At least one year of food service experience in catering, banquets, fine dining, or a high-volume restaurant setting
- Food handler's certification or alcohol service permit if applicable

Job Duties
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience by greeting guests, explaining menu offerings, and responding to special requests
- Take and deliver orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attentiveness to guest preferences
- Serve plated meals, appetizers, and beverages while maintaining proper portion control and presentation
- Prepare event spaces including setting tables, arranging decor, and ensuring proper seating layouts
- Assist in post-event breakdown and cleanup
- Follow all food handling, health, and safety regulations maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout service
- Work closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service execution
- Address guest concerns in a professional manner and proactively anticipate their needs
